We offer you the next plan up. Nothing is blocked retroactively: your enrolled children and data stay accessible; only additions beyond the capacity wait for the plan change.
Yes, at any time. Moving up is immediate and prorated; moving down takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Parent payments go through Stripe Connect: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, charged separately from your KidSecure subscription. Nothing is charged on manual payments.
No. The Home daycare plan covers up to 9 children and 2 staff accounts with full billing, messaging and the mobile apps. Move to the Daycare plan if you need staff management, nutrition or kiosk mode.
